    We deliver 2 times per week.
    Sundays 10am-3pm & Tuesdays 4-9pm.
    DELIVERY DAYS & TIMES VARY UPON LOCATION.

  • DO YOU ACCOMMODATE ALLERGIES?

    Yes, we do. Please advise at checkout.

  • HOW DO I GET THE BEST PRICING?

    We offer the best discounts when you purchase your plan monthly.

  • DOES SOMEONE HAVE TO BE HOME TO RECEIVE THE MEALS?

    Yes, we strongly encourage someone being home or that a cooler with ice pack be left out on delivery days!

  • WHAT IS YOUR RETURN & CANCELATION POLICY?

    If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
    You have 7 calendar days to report or return an unsatisfactory item or experience from the date you received it for our weekly plans, 30 calendar days for our monthly plans, 90 calendar days for our Annual Plans.
    If there are any cancellations they will need to be submitted/requested by 5pm Thursday before the Sunday delivery for a full refund.
    If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your initial form of payment and it will reflect in your account within 3-7 business days depending on your bank institution.

  • LAST DAY TO PLACE MY ORDER?

    We take orders to start (Sunday)until Friday at 5pm. Any orders placed after 5pm unless otherwise confirmed) will be added to Tuesdays delivery.

  • HOW TO STORE / HEAT MEALS?

    Meals should be refrigerated immediately and heated up for about 1-2 ½ minutes.

  • HOW DO I MODIFY MY ORDER?

    You can access your client profile via your confirmation email you receive after registration.
